Assassin Speed Build

I am currently level 61 on my assassin and would like a speed build it would be fine to go up to lvl 70 with the items for this but I would just like to know a good speed build with relatively good damage. I don't care if it gets rid of health regen or anything like that. It would also be nice if you could tell me how to get each item and a good place to grind for them thanks!

Second, this is probably what you are looking for,
But you probably cant afford a mythic(you can test your luck in light forest or kander if you want)
So this is probably my answer, use a wybel paw (black market merchant in almuj) for when you arent fighting to get some unnecessary extra speed
If you dont really need that much walk speed and want to use more spells, try mixing the previous build with items from this build(taken from my build plaza)
