About seventy five feet in front of you, the cliffs are bleak and high, ravaged by the path of war raged by Rakatok. Two large slabs of stone are set shut against the cliffs. Corpses frozen with fixed expressions of horror litter the landscape, some fully on top of the thick blanket of snow, some partially submerged, countless lost in the depths. You focus your mind, and the runes on the giant stone slab glow electric blue, and the earth groans and shakes as they slide open, revealing a massive hallway leading into the heart of the mountain.

Go, go! the same voice beckons. Your head is forcefully jerked, now facing the Tomb of Nakath Magal, faintly visible from such a distance. The doors appear to have some blue, glowing writing. The shaking of the doors opening is felt even here.

You walk to the end of the giant chamber. Behind you, another presence very similar to that of Darian's draws closer. You elect to ignore it. You brush your fingertips to the walls. They sear your fingers with a burning cold. The pedestal draws you closer. The markings on the stone walls and ceilings continue to shift, just like the mysterious book.

The pedestal appears to be a lectern with an inlet. The light from the skylight appears to create a temporary mirage of the mysterious book.

 

Can I interact with the book?
Move it? Open it?
Block the light?
(Do in that order. If one suceeds, don't do the rest)

 

You push your hand through the projection of the mysterious book. You feel an emptiness, and the projection of the book waivers.
The attempt to move the book fails. Opening the book just reveals the pages inside. They are the same pages as Darian's mysterious book.

You push your body in the way of the light. The holographic image remains sturdy.

The home is dimly lit. The map marked with the tomb of Nakath Magal is still glowing bright, with two dots at the tomb.

The tomb is laid bare before you, the doors open as runes glow electric blue, the messages shifting and changing, undecipherable. Some cold presence, though familiar seems to be inside the tomb.
