Archer/Hunter Beta Archer Builds For Rare Weapons

Back with more. I've been thinking about doing this for legendaries and mythics too, and putting them all in one thread, since there aren't many wide-ranging compilations out there.

Anthracite Ballista - https://wynndata.tk/s/gyhij2 using the power of Knucklebones to achieve big dps
Earthsky Equinox - https://wynndata.tk/s/a7ck6m 13k is a very high dps for a build with that much tankiness (note the high Def and Agi)
The Rainmaker - https://wynndata.tk/s/az60w7 better than Cluster because who really wants to deal with 105 Dex req?
Shajaea - https://wynndata.tk/s/1sz0bt kind of works I guess, might have just been better going full tank
Ensa's Resolve - https://wynndata.tk/s/a06rjf not as bad as I thought it would be, even though Ensa's Resolve actually got a damage nerf
Petrified Horror - https://wynndata.tk/s/406jxw and https://wynndata.tk/s/rthoes double-dipping with an entirely raw-based tierstack build and a more typical mana-steal oriented build

I tried a number of other bows but couldn't make much worthwhile - seems to be less good Rare weapons for Archer.

ele defs don't matter reeee (ok yeah -800 is pretty bad)

Edit: Necrosis has incorrect ele defs, the change didn't show properly (should be -150 earth instead of -150 air now) so HA it's only -620 air def!
