Frost Bite Broken

    I was in the middle of doing the quest Frost Bite when I had to switch servers due to server reset. I had just completed the lava puzzle and gotten the lava bucket when I switched servers. Now I am unable to locate any NPCs and the mineshaft is closed off as it was before I retrieved the TNT. My quest book says I still need to complete the lava puzzle which I can't reach now in order to redo. Also, whenever I enter the portal cave to Rhudya, it doesn't teleport me but her dialogue appears and I am given a TNT out of nowhere with which I can't do anything. I have tried relogging and switching servers but I am stuck in this situation. Please help.
