My Ban

I just tried to appeal a ban that i am sure has been active for over a year, My username is VortexGames120 and i got banned for using a hack client. What i did while on the server was using a jump hack to get onto a mountain. I am not sure why that is a permanent ban, but i cannot apply for an appeal because it says my account doesn't have a permanent banned applied to it, i don't understand and I would like to play again, i'm sure over a year is a long enough ban.

I mean, i clearly said it won't let me appeal in the right section, but enlighten me.

 

Alright, what's up with this permanent ban appeal issue anyway? It keeps showing up.
