Also this build is a little bit of glass cannon, you can also replace the boots with warchief if you have one, but at the cost of losing 1 tier of attack speed

 

Twilight Cloak, One for All, Virgo, non-Centipede tier helmet (don't remember the names rn), Breezehands or Dia Static Necklace.

you can switch blitzen to finesse for 105 mana (cheaper heals)
