Any Class Beta: Huge Damage For Any E/t/w W/ Galleon Mana Steal

I've been posting it around in #class_builds for a while, and it even was on the Elem Revamp thread as an example Chaos archetype build. It continuously gets really high damages and I've decided to patent it, so no one may use it without paying me. 4 LE per assembly of it, cash please. (that's a joke, but it is really strong)
It works with almost any earth, thunder or water weapon, preferably ones that already have mana steal. Right here I just have a few version of changing weapons, but accessories can and probably should get changed up. Same goes for powders.
