Archer/Hunter Help Improvements To Divzer Build

I've been thinking about buying a Divzer recently. This is the build I've come up with https://wynndata.tk/s/jq2l1o. Is there any way that I can possibly increase health, without sacrificing damage or mana steal? Also, would it be better to go with mana regen instead of mana steal on Divzer?

 

Swap Diamond Static Necklace to basically anything else, it's counterproductive. There should be some health options with low Def reqs available though.

 

Maybe try Tenuto

Tenuto isn't needed as long as your Atlas is -7 tier or below.

 

I made this divzer build. It might not increase your health but it will majorly increase the damage. I realise some of these items are hard to come by so I am just throwing it out there.

 

where's the build lol. is this some kind of meta joke that even I cannot figure out, or is this just a genuine honest mistake?
