Archer/Hunter Help How To Make A Build With This Crafted Bow?

I'm trying to make a build around this crafted bow but I don't have much experience with building.

(I bought it off the market so I have no idea what went into making it; the damages include 3 T6 powders)

I tried throwing it into some Divzer builds I saw in this section, but I want to know if they can be made better (because I don't care at all about melee damage, and I can use agility):

This build seems good, but it's focused around Divzer so I think it could be made better. Could I get some advice with what to build?

What I'm looking for:

-Enough MR/int to sort of spam spells
-I don't care at all about melee damage
-Less than 10k health is fine; but not so glassy that it's not viable
-Only LI ring because I only have 1 diamond token
-no mythics
-bombs that are around the range of above build, if they are like 2k lower that's fine as long as it's a good tradeoff
