Any Class Mana Steal Builds Without Atlas

Almost all Mana steal builds have super slow attack speed to proc Mana steal more often. To achieve this super slow attack speed atlas is used most of the time. One day I experimented with other armour and accessories that reduce attack speed by large amounts such as aphotic and Taurus and it worked fairly well. Here are a few example builds. (All are assassin but works with all classes)

dont get yourself locked up with items with a lot of -tiers, you can also just use multiple items with a single -tier depending on your weapon
hellstrand with cinder does this passively already

 

True the aphotic build is kinda bad ngl. I'm messing around with -1 tier things rn.

Honestly that Aphotic build isn't even that terrible... just extremely sp tight and kinda not a great idea with Black.

Working with grimtrap for hybrid builds with -1 tier armour is easier imo because there are many pieces of armour that take away attack speed tiers while boosting earth damage.

There's two types of "sp tight" builds
there's sp tight as in you need somthing like a perfect intel reminder or a 14 out of 15sp factile
and then there's 95sp blue masks...

 

I'll have you know that you could get away with a 75sp bluemask.

Pretty sure a 14sp Facile is about as tight as a 95sp Blue Mask.

 

Woops I'm stupid and forgot min was 5 and not 0 for bmask also that's 80sp

Kind of involved, but it's just multiplication and addition of the chances. They're each between .001% and .0001% somewhere.

If the percentages on Wynndata are correct (they usually are), then
A perfecct Reminder would be 6%
A 14/15 (or better) sp Facile would be 0.00072576%
A Blue Mask needed for this situation (no agi) would be at best 19/19/19/18/ agi doesn't matter which means about a 0.001512 % chance (however, an actual 95 BM would be 0,00016807 %)
So yes, skill point slap (if i can call it that) is usually kind of unrealistic, even though it looks very nice on paper.

also have an event horizon thing that's pretty cool as long as you dom't look at its air defenses
