    So, recently I did the House of Twain quest, and completed it. I go to the dude to rcieve my rewards, but I only recieved the LE, not the XP. It was 45000 XP, a lot for someone like me. I was wondering if the no item refund policy also includes XP.

    Is it possible you had /guild xp 100 on? If not, than I believe this belongs in bug reports, not totally sure though.
