Mage/Dark Wizard Help Fresh Lvl 100 Build?

So just got my first character to lvl 100. Have attempted LI/Qira with my group and find myself struggling a fair bit. My build is pretty cobbled together and revolves around Judas and thunder damage, but I'm not very happy with it currently.

So what build would be good for a first time lvl 100 players who doesn't have access to LI/Qira drops beyond the water section. Looking for something that allows me to get through those areas without asking for a carry, along with a couple other players in the same boat.

In short, lvl 100 mage with no LI/Qira/Mythics that I can use to get LI/Qira/Mythics eventally LOL

an easy, albeit fairly expensive, answer is morrowind with generic air build. accessories can be whatever (intensity suggested once done with qira)
that should be fine for hive and li, though you can get some stronger builds using hive wand (dump extra sp into agi)

That's my current build, though outside of getting better rolls I'm not sure what else I could do outside of upgrading the bracer to the LI bracer. I hit for 9-10k meteors and have nearly all ele defenses in the positive.
