So I looked a little at the Uth set... and (even though im a trash class builder) I was pretty sure that fire air isn't the best dual element combo...?

Fire air would be good for melee builds... and warrior is tanky... So 1) Is the uth set viable at all as a warrior, and 2) If so what would be a good build for it?

Uth Plume looks like a replacement for albedo if you don't need the defs and lack SPs. The +10 AGI is probably the selling point. Everything else is meh. The ws and air damage are nice, but bottled sky is probably better if you can take the -earth.

Uth belt < Heat Sink. Warriors should get Heat Sink for the life steal if you're going to be a fire/air build. Plus you get more SPs than Uth belt.

Uth sandals have more competition. Paradox is a better ele def boot IMO. The mana and spells are good, but the defenses are key. If you need melee def boots then Charcoal [fire/air and just better than uth sandals period], Exhaustion [slower attack speed means more LS], Burnout [for DPS], or Mantlewalkers[big HP and earth defense boosts]. If you need AGI boots then Capricorn [got buffed], Kickback [melee I guess?]. There's also Sempiternel.

    so
    1) Maybe
    2)
    So that's a hard maybe.

The big problem with the Uth Set is that even though it's Fire/Air, you don't actually get good defensive buffs. Plume and Belt are something like 26th and 44th best health at their level, while Sandals are a little better at 16th or so. If you wear the entire set you get +20 sp, +50% walkspeed, small damage boosts, and mediocre health for Fire/Air. Supposing you wear this around at-level, the best you can do is throw Thanos Plate on as a chestplate for better melee damage, and pick up a good Very Slow weapon. In contrast, you can easily just throw on Frontliner and Heat Sink for about the same amount of bonus sp, massive health boost, and no massive water defense penalty. Combine this with Centipede and Accelerator and you get a tankier build with +3 tier. You can easily throw on something like Cardinal Ruler for a 5k dps build that can be worn at level 93: https://wynndata.tk/s/DRc4pb (consider that Diaminar builds typically are around 8k dps).
