Should I Apply For The Content Team.

I have a few questions.
Firstly i've been playing wynncraft for years (On and off), since it first came out 6 years ago and i've always wanted to help. I tried to apply for something a year ago and got denied, now time for my questions.
-Does wynncraft need Command Blockers still?
-Will previous applications sent in be taken into account? i've changed a lot since i sent the previous one.
-Could i still be in the content team if i only have 1-2 hours on school days opposed to other people who don't have major commitments?
*Just a note, when i made my account i stupidly picked the wrong date which is off by only 40 years.*

Assuming that you've improved since, old apps shouldn't have a negative effect, unless you recycle the same content that caused you to get denied in first place.

If you feel like you can contribute towards updates in any feasable manner, it's enough. Some people can work for less time than that in a week, and are still in the CT.
