Wanting Information On My Previous Characters

I started playing since 2013, I dont remember what characters I had, how many hours I did. Stuff like that. But I started playing again this week and I checked the website wynndata on my account: GrimmDZGaming (also had a different username then but I dont know if it was in 2013: grimmgirl15)
It shows I have been a member 6 years ago but the hours are only showing what I recently have done. 39 hours. I would love to know more information from 2014 to whatever year on my account.

I have the same thing, it says around 500 hours but i played for way longer...
