??? Miner Dude Near Ternaves?

    Can somebody explain what the miner guy to the southeast of Ternaves does? Specifically 892 67 -1567. I walked into his room and he killed himself on some TNT and opened a cave. I went to the end and went through the exit. He's not there anymore and the cave entrance is now blocked.

    There's these relatively new things called "World Events" that happen when you enter a specific area.
    What you found was one of them.

    They're just cool little easter eggs -- nothing you have to worry about really.
