Account Got Hacked

I am not sure if it is the right place to ask this question since this is the first time I use this forum but I seriously require some help from admins.

I haven't join the server for about two weeks as I had gone for a trip. However, when I enter the server today to a level 72 warrior account, I discovered that all of my armours, weapons, horse, emeralds and high level powder in both my inventory and bank are missing. I suspected that someone has hacked my account and stole/throw away all my valuable items. I have grinded those with plenty of time and affords and I am now very upset losing all of them. I love this game very much but it is impossible for me to continue the adventure without them as I don't even have the money to buy armours for me to grind them back again. I hope the admins can help me find out who did this (checking if I had traded with anyone during last two weeks) and have my equipments back. I know it might be hard to check and give me back all my items but I hope at least I would like to have some basic equipments for me to farm some proper items for me to continue my quest. I really love this game but at this point I am out of ways to continue my gaming.

 

Sorry, Wynncraft has a very strict no-refunds policy. You cannot get your old items back.
My advice is, firstly, changing your password. Then, you could either start a new class, or go to Seavale Reef to get some LE and use the trade market to get some gear again, or just (nicely) ask some people ingame if you could have some gear. I hope you won't let this stop you from enjoying the game.
