Please Help Someone

i need help im stuck in a area with no way out i just wanna play the game but cant for this reason
co-oords are -906 -1576 above the king bassically im lvl 25 and i dont wanna start over.. is there a way to contact a admin in game so i can be moved to a playable area..there should be a command that allows you to comunicate to a mod who is online right??

In general, if you're stuck in a block, you can try doing /class or change servers. If neither works, use /kill.
If you're stuck in an area, try using a teleport scroll, if you don't have one use /kill.
/kill respawns you in the nearest city, which is why it almost always works when stuck anywhere and is the usual response the questions like these.
speaking of questions, this belongs in questions.

 

The one extra to /kill is to make sure you have 6+ soul points. Below this, you start loosing un-id'd and id'd items.

 

If you are stuck in a 3x1, /kill or tp scroll is the only option

If you are stuck INSIDE a block, or in the ground, and there are SPACE ABOVE YOU, you can /class a buncha times to slowly push yourself up. When you spawn in you hover above a bit so thats a way to slowly step yourself up.
