Need To Counter -51 Health Regen!

As in the titel I lose health and so I need to counter my negative helth regen. Do you have any idea? A good a Accessory would help me maybe. But I dont know much. I am Level 44 now and I need your help. Thank you for now. :D

 

Heal pots. Also is the piece an armor or weapon? I remember having a bow with about the same - health regen.

 

It's a trouser. So heal pots dont really help. For the moment I get my HP full. But after that I lose HP because of the negative HP regeneration.

 

Ah, Winter's Essence. Wolhjaw (don't remember spelling) exists, and the occasional lifesteal can help too. You could slap Obolus if you're willing to go glassy.

 

But my plan was to counter the negative Hp regen. But I didnt know how. Glass Cannon is a bit risky... XD

What leggins/trousers are doing it? Honestly, I would just say get some better leggings. I probably have some lvl 44 if u wanna buy

 

It's Winter's Essence, which is definitely good enough to be worth the downside.
