    I do not understand how to access this dungeon. I've searched videos up and forums up but they were severely outdated and no help. I get that there's a key collector and stuff but I have no idea how to access the dungeon after giving the key. Can anyone help?

    The bridge to the center is glitched. Swim up to the boat and talk to the key collector, then swim to the center and move around until you get teleported.
