    Giga and I were having a discussion yesterday and turns out Misconduct is pretty strong:

    For comparison, the same build with Cluster: https://wynndata.tk/s/q4a2GD similar damage, 1 less mana regen, in exchange for better health, more lifesteal, and some bonus poison. Surprisingly close considering Misconduct is a unique.

    I used the post-patch versions of all of these items. Winter's Essence is still endgame viable since there are no other options, although it's kind of mediocre at-level now because of the low health and hard-to-counter negative health regen.
