So far I have been using the build with just a Virgo and even though I don't have the defense or health I need it's been going quite well except for the occasional 2 shot. If any1 has any improvements or modifications I would love to see them.

 

I'm very confused at why you are using 70ish items for an almost endgame build. Since you are using a virgo, I'm presuming that you are over lvl 97. Once you get to level 100, beat qira and li, you could use this: https://wynndata.tk/s/89siVX
It has more health, more agil, more damage, more mana regen, and more walk speed. You could use replacement items in place of the diamond li if you have not done li yet.

 

The reason I was using those items is because at first it was meant to be a reflection build when I had virgo in it. I just wanted to see how well one would work. Unfortunately the build proved reflection while decent, leaves huge gaps in the more important stuff. Thanks for that build as well I think I might try it.
