    If 2 t4 thunder powder and then 2 t4 water powder applied in a single weapon, for example, will it activate curse or chain lightning?

    I said that the thunder was added first. Would that mean the chain lingtning will be activated if I shift-click with that weapon?

    Yes. Powder specials always work in element of which the first of any two powders were put in, so TTWW is Chain Lightning, TWTW is Chain Lightning, TWWT is Chain Lightning, but WTWT for example would Curse.
