I don't know Weathered price too much anymore but I do know for sure that 22 was way too high for it. Even if you were to buy it for the 22 stacks, it wouldn't be worth it anyways. Reason why is because you'd only buy it for that much to reroll and by then it'd just cost too much LE and would be cheaper to just buy a better one and not reroll it. 16 stacks, imo, is a fair price
