japanese uses the chinese letters called kanji too in its language.
Japanese is built up by Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji and Romanji. (so the letters are chinese but have a japanese meaning.)

But 没有帽子 on top of the door is surely Chinese sentence means "No Hats", while in Japanese it should be 帽子はありません .

 

I’d like to point out that 腿 on the sides of the door means “leg” in Chinese but in Japanese 腿 means “thigh” which is much better.

 

perhaps they don't want you to wear a hat in the dojo?

 

This is possibly one of those? The word “leg” on either side of the door is strange enough. Some dojo doors like this have characters on top and the sides but nothing like a body part. Seems plausible as this is I think the only place in wynn that takes an Asian influence.
