Assassin/Ninja Help Help With Build Base Around Chakram

Hi I need help working on class build base around my Chakram 62%

I want to attack as fast as I can and move fast I making a well what assassin is kills and leave before you even knew I was there.

And also what Powders should i put know I have never been that good with making class builds I mostly like the questing side and farming i have goals to get max ring crafing fishing and mining for why not.

but what if even when reloing it still suck my Purified Helmet of the Legends is 40%

 

Won't matter unless you're planning to do boss altars 10 levels under or something. You'll still do enough damage to get at least 15 levels out of it.
