I Need Some Advice

My current level is 82, Im trying to save up three stacks of LE for an alkatraz the problem is that its hard because no one buys the legendaries I sell. What should I do? My current plan is to try to level up alot then the loot I sell will be better and I get more. But is there something else I can do?

 

As much as I want to talk about different ways of making money and how they all got nerfed on 1.18, my best advice is to consider using Rikter (for melee) or Harwrol (for spell).

 

Yeah, rikter is an pretty good legendary weapon which is similar to Alkatraz but it doesn't cost that much, but it isn't as good as alkatraz.

 

So what you’re telling me is its too hard to make money so don’t try to get alkatraz.

 

Imo you should just get to level100 first then start loot running. It would be easier for you to sell legendaries that are in high demand and have good id's. Also, make sure to do toa and the ultimate weapon for a free 15le. Gl!

 

What I'm saying is that it's not really worth grinding 3 stacks to get an Alkatraz compared to getting a really good Rikter or Harwrol, in my opinion.
However, if you do want to go for it, you could try
-lootrunning, either for a mythic (heh) spear in Alkatraz range (they're all worth about the same or more) or just hope you can get enough good/godly much-wanted items
-professions, people pay quite a bit for some crafted gear and/or lv 100 materials
-doing quests on new classes
-collect and sell seavale reef drops
and I'm probably forgetting something.

 

Do professions stay across classes?
I keep hearing ppl talking about loot running. What do i even do to loot run do i just go around opening tier 3 and 4 chests? Is there any server changing involved?

 

Lootrunning is basically coming up with a route of chests that can be run pretty quickly. You can't /class or change servers because that will reset loot chest timers (so essentially you'll have to wait ~30 minutes after a run to do another one). It's one of the most efficient moneymaking methods, even after the T3/T4 loot chest nerfs.
