Buying Tier 3 To Tier 9 Tools

I'm buying tier 3 to Tier 9 tools for all professions

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they are untradeable since you get tier 3 and above at dungeon merchants

 

They are one of the only things tradeable from Dungeons

 

Ah I see. Even then, wouldn't it be easier to do the dungeons? You only have to do each dungeon twice to get every single tier of tools.

T4 - 3 times
T5 - 4 times + 4 EB
T6 - 6 times + 8 EB
T7 - 7 times + 16 EB
T8 - 8 times + 32 EB
T9 - 10 times + 1LE
T10 - 11 times + 2LE
T11 - 12 times + 4LE

You always get 3 fragments per run while you need 4 more every tier because each tool costs one more fragment then the previous tier.
