Mage/Dark Wizard Help Mage Build To Solo Li

Like the title says. I would rather it being water based as I really like high mana regen builds, and I guess maybe fire to tank up a bit ? So water/fire hybrid perhaps. Preferrabely no mythics, hive items are fine
Edit : While im here, another one (or the same) to solo qira faster would be great too, as I can do it with a water hive wand and water sanctuary but it takes ages
