Wynn Excavation Site A

So like i started this quest a long time ago and recently went back to it. I've followed what to do on the wiki page but it seems to be stuck on both NPC's saying go talk to the other one and it's not letting me proceed to the next stage by going into the tomb, I keep getting the message that I can't proceed. Is there a way I can restart this quest?

is that like an item? because i cant find it anywhere in my inventory or ender chest, i even tried doing /fixquests but it didnt work

 

Its a quest item Sasha (i think thats the 2nd npcs name) gives you. What does your quets book say

 

Bring the ancient writing to Tesha in the tents at (coordinates)
which ive tried but now that i learn theres an item here i feel like its a glitch
