How To Recover Lost Important Items?

Alola, Folks.

I am stuck. I reached the quest "Lost Soles"(Lv.66). I have to talk to the NPC "Ferndor". He told me, that I have to show him the Boots "Abysso Galoshes" but I do not have them anymore. I finished the quest "Beneath the Depths" already so I am screwed.

I already tried the command "/fixquests" and I realigned my entire Bank-Inventory while searching. I must have dropped them by accident or something.

How can I recover items like that?

 

How did you lose the boots? because from what I know they are a quest item.

 

A slow but sure way to recover them is by doing the quest Beneath the Depths on a new character, and deleting the character afterwards.

 

You probably have them, they are simply unidentified. There is a weird thing where the boots get unidentified.

I found them...

I could not find them in my bank-Inventory and not in my inventory...

...BECAUSE I HAD THEM EQUIPPED!!!
