Mage/Dark Wizard Tank Mage With Spell Dmg

Hi comunity.

Im searching a tank build with a lot of spell dmg and mana regen without using mythics and LI items. Could be a water mage with a lot of defense o a fire mage with a lot of spell dmg and mana regen.

Uf i dont know, the second is the best but i dont know if with that mana regen works well.

Hey look that's my build. The problem is that it lacks in damage. It was made for singu which worked out pretty well cause singu has a lot of damage on it's own. If you really want that much tankiness you can better use the build with peaceful rest which will also improve the defenses.
About the lunar build: the way to use lunar is like this: every for seconds your mana drains to zero. Between these mana regen ticks you melee to activate your mana steal. The chances for it to activate are really high due to super slow attack speed. Once it activates your mana is full. Then you can cast some spells before your mana drains again. Use a cycle like meteor, meteor, ice snake, meteor, heal = 18 mana. Then repeat. Also make sure to use curse whenever it's charged.
