Just In Need Of A Bit Of Magic

So after i downloaded the resource pack I was so happy, but this happiness went away when I realized one thing was missing. Magic! With more wands than most weapons, magic should be a big part. So I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make a normal block shoot arrows while I'm holding it or at least shoot particles that cause damage, just like from his roleplay

Listen - the resource pack only rextextures the game - it makes the blocks and items look the way they are. Wynncraft has been 6 years in the making. What controls the spells that you cast are hundreds of thousands of lines of code on the server. Unless you want to spend your time trying to copy wynncraft, I suggest you just play on the wynncraft servers.
