Honestly, don't even waste time getting this lootchest unless you're a Mage or have time to spare. It's extremely painful to climb that tower without teleport.

 

I have no problems with the tower. Are you sure you're using your feets correctly? And have you enabled feats?

Maybe it's just an air archer thing, balancing and navigating the tight passages is pretty tough for me.

that guy spawns in cinfras for some reason
he wiped my lvl 79 assassin completely, only my horse and a starting dagger was left because i decided to afk in cinfras' center

 

I've never had any problems getting up it with any class but yeah if you're an air archer you're going to struggle with it since I'd assume you are much faster than your average archer.
