Strange Crystal (of Destiny)

Hello! Earlier today I found a strange misc. item called the "Crystal of Destiny" with a pink name like a rare. Is this used for anything? Is it a collectible? I don't know what it is but I found two of them and it's pretty weird. If anybody knows what it is, please tell me.

If you need proof of it's existence (I sadly cannot post a screenshot), it also seems to drop from Dark Rukhs in the void.​

The thing I use to take screenshots won't work, so I can't take any... If you need proof that they exist, I do know the enemies that drop them are Dark Rukhs in the void.

This item sounds like it might be used for an ingredient shop (don’t quote me on that, just speculation). If not it may even be for a discovery of some sort

 

Thank you for your large text my good sir. It is very helpful! If an ingredient shop isn't already in the game, that would be a pretty cool idea! (And yes I know Pride of the Heights is traded but that merchant ONLY gives you Pride of the Heights and no other items.)

Also, even though they're secret, the secret discoveries still show up in the quest book if you hover over the diamond. If there were void discoveries it would show The Void completion

Im pretty sure these are used to buy items from the merchant in the void village.

 

Huh, I thought that was the void essence... I'll go check, but it's pretty weird to have a trading item called "Crystal of Destiny"... It just seems, too significant of a name. Imagine finding this and thinking to yourself; Whoa, this has GOT to be a super rare item! I mean, it's called the Crystal of Destiny, why wouldn't it be significant? , and then later you find out it's just a trading item...

 

Ah right, it was void essence, forgot about that. Ye u have no idea about its use then, sorry.
