Hello,

I wanted to ask if I were to buy Minecraft on a console, in my case a Nintendo Switch, would I be able to be play on Wynncraft on my Switch or not?

 

Wynn runs on the original version of minecraft, aka java. Consoles on the other hand run the bedrock edition of minecraft, which is a fundamentally different thing at its core. This means that content such as servers isn't interchangeable between the two, and you can't play on Wynn via a console.

Theoretically, a compatibility layer between the two is possible via a proxy, but that's a long time away due to legal reasons, lack of documentation about bedrock's innerworkings, and the lack of voluntary contributors to the project. Even then, you'd still need to separately buy a real minecraft account to play on authenticated servers.
