My Health On My Main Account Is Bugged

On my archer account, my health will perpetually go down. I've tried everything from removing armor, getting different armor, heal spells, and potions, nothing works. My health regen is fine, but my health will keep on going down. My health will always stop going down at 1HP, leaving me to get one shot by literal rats. I don't want to restart, because it's a very nostalgic account and I'm not sure what to do. If you need more information about what I'm doing (like a screen shot of what's going on or asking for a video to show you) just ask, and I'll show you, any help is greatly appreciated!

 

You don't have weapons or accessories with negative health regen, do you? (just checking, since you only mentioned armor)

 

Have you tried removing accessories with negative health regen or not holding a bow with negative health regen?

If yes, try playing in 1.12.2, 1.13 can sometimes be very buggy.
If it still happens, try to make a clear and detailed post in the Bug Reports section of the forums.

This sounds like negative health regen to me.
