Really high walk speed (around 40% off max), pretty good sustain, damage is low but not unusably so if your Scale of Seiryu is good (it can solo LI if you're good enough, I'm certain I could get at least to Robob with something like this). If you want, you can swap Scale of Seiryu for Flashstep for much better damages at the cost of a bit of walkspeed and most of your mana regen.

not as fast as the other one, but much more combat-ready. as a strati user i can tell you that too much ws is just a hassle to deal with, and 106% with speed is already ridiculously fast
