Buying Fatal (bought)

Greetings,
As the title says, I'm willing to buy a Fatal.
- Looking mainly for nice walk speed and dexterity, aswell as above +10% spell damage, however spell damage isn't priority (it can be bellow +10%, if the dex and walk speed are nice). Melee damage does not matter at all.
- Another requirement is that it can't be more than 6 stacks, as my budget does not allow me to go higher (in reality, I could go up to 6.5, but that is a really borderline situation).
