A Grave Mistake Help

So I reticently started the quest "A grave Mistake" and Im in the house with the jack in the box, when ever I log in to my account (Specifically my mage account) the game freezes and kicks me out of the server. I can still get into any of my other classes. Has anyone else had an issue like this? If so does anyone know how to fix this?

The main issue is i cant load long enough to do /kill and escape

 

Try switching to Minecraft versions 1.12 - 1.13 if you haven't already

 

Is 1.13 functional now? Last I heard, 1.12.2 was still the recommended version.

 

Switch to version 1.12.2, also try removing your mods if that doesn't work

 

Thank you! I just started playing MC for the first time in a few years so I was at a complete loss! going back to 1.12.2 worked!

 

I'm pretty sure Salted recently said that 1.13 should be working fine now.

 

1.12.2 is still the most stable I believe, least crashes and such

 

I've honestly never noticed any differences between the two versions when playing on Wynn, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

Mechanically there the same, however due to how 1.13 changed ai, it can Cuase crashes in certain areas, such as grave mistake and olux. Its a an issue my friend @Ironraptor3 faced when he attempted to rejoin Wynn on 1.13.

 

Yeah basically 1.13 is more stsble atm

Dude. The last post was in March. I get that you want to help, but the issue was resolved, and yes of course 1.13 is more stable now it's been a month.
If the topic is software-related and you got your opinion in a month late, after updates, it doesn't help anyone. Please don't do it again.
