Username Ban, Can't Appeal?

My name is Beeminers13 and I am trying to join my son on play.wynncraft.com, when I try to join i am getting a message that my name is to similar to a moderators and it thinks I am trying to Impersonate someone. I can assure you I am not. However, when I try to appeal the Ban on the appeals forum, it is telling me that my account is not banned. How can i get this corrected so i can play on your server?

I am not sure what that means. Is there someplace I need to go to register my account name for Wynncraft?

 

what this means is that there is a staff member called @BeeMiner and your name is similar

 

Ahh, so what can I do to? Am I just not allowed to play then?
