    hi im looking for a good end game mage build, i whould prefere if it didnt have any LI items or Mythic's beacause its pretty hard to get those but all other stuff is good, i whould prefere if it was a mana regen build with high damage but its not needed. also i can use all gear

    Get 14 Int on Third Eye and 5 or 6 Dex on Binding Brace. Ideally you'd want a good Agi Steamjets as well, but damage is more important for Steamjets anyway. Conveniently, Steamjets/Dark Channeler/BPA all give some water damage so you actually get pretty good heals.
