    As you can see, I currently want a white horse. But idk if its worth it breeding one or buying it...
    I want to spend the least emeralds possible even thought i have enough for a white.

    Horse prices on the market are about 70-80% of the average breeding cost. Buying is definitely the best way to get a horse.

    depends on if you wanna gamble or not, ive gotten a white horse in as little as 7 le or as much as 120+

    I mean technically not getting a white horse from 80 LE is the expected outcome, since you get average chance at about 120 LE.
