If all you're doing is trying to match the notes, then you're doing it wrong. If you have a specific section that's killing you then that's fine, but in general you're trying to match the notes, and the dynamics, and the accents, and the bowings, and I think you get the point. If you practice it wrong, then it's going to be so much harder to get it right in the future.
And as for the first part, rather a lot thank you, always listen to a recording before you play the piece so you know what it's supposed to sound like so you can judge your own playing. And a good recording by a reputable orchestra or soloist, not some random crap on YouTube.

Anyway, Keita practices violin and waits for the GM to pick up on the fact that he's having pretty much daily life right now and that the GM could probably skip to the next important bit without any harm.

Kayla almost instantly summons Steel Surge floating to her side and grips onto it.

She runs over and tries to uh... cut down the rubble with the bow since the bow's passive is that it can act like a sword (the passive where it can cut through many things despite being made of wood).

But honestly, Kayla has no idea whether this will work or not. None of her magical capabilities are really ideal at shoveling someone out of rubble.

Your bow proves ineffective at moving the rumble. Doesn't exactly help that the building is pushing down against it. You then hear a loud crack above you. A wooden beam (and parts of the roof) breaks off and falls down towards you.

However, before your crushed and your journey ends before it starts, an iconic caped figure appears and cacthes the rubble. You hear sirens in the distance, help is on the way. The figure looks and down at you and grins. "Don't worry citizen, help is here."
