    I've seen about two or three people with this and I have been constantly looking up what it is but to no avail, anybody know what it is and can inform me on how to get one??? lol

    You see them because you're using Wynntils, it's not a real item. Not sure if you should be using mods if you don't know what they do.

    I know what mods do, just didnt know that it added on cosmetics like that, thank you for clarifying >-<

    If you see any players with angelic-looking wings, they are likely holding a crafting ingredient called "Cursed Wings" in their hand. Because of how that texture works, and mob or player that holds it will appear with wings on their back.
