My Minecraft Account Has Been Hacked

My minecraft account - Tommy1018 - has been hacked.
I am currently in the recovery process, but the wait is rather long.
I'm not sure how to prove this was my account, but I was a level 50 assassin, I used a spike as my main weapon, I can provide more information if necessary
I am now using my brothers old account - FiB3R_OpT1c_TONY
It would be great if there was a way for somebody to transfer my assassin and bank to any slot other than my brother's level 50 warrior, as he might care about this in the future.

 

you can inform mojang about this,
they will ask for a code that is written on the verification letter that mojang sent to you when you purchased a account.
if you still have that letter you will be fine.
