Hey! Didn't expect that many replies. Thanks guys! I love seeing these types of conversations.
This. I definitely get the sentiment. It wasn't that I exactly had trouble with mobs persay, it was that they were getting tiring when doing things like resource farming. I just noticed that the mobs would come back maybe 10 or even 5 seconds at best, just repopulating the place. Given the amount of XP those mobs had, which was minimal at best, I can see the justification for the amount, though they did happen to just spawn only blocks away from me sometimes. This may have been my sentiment with my Wizard, where I had extremely poor RNG and was level 10 with a level 2 wand. Sure, the AA from the wizard is a piercing shot, but with the minimal damage I put out I may have gotten a little sick of it. With my archer, however, I actually found items that scaled well with my character and it started not worrying mobs once I was basically one-shotting them with a basic attack. Though I do feel with the mass amount of mobs in that area, quests can almost be ignored for the most part, which is kind of saddening. A lot of that may have come from my frustrations with my wizard.

Okay! This gives me a lot of insight, knowing the spawnrates and everything are intentional in all. And it's awesome to hear that this generally stops becoming an issue once you start venturing past this starting area. And thank you for mentioning the damage scaling, I thought that was something huge that I hadn't seen mentioned yet. It's nice to hear that the scaling becomes less lenient as the game goes on, I love a good challenge.

    THANK YOU.
Paint me ignorant, I didn't realize that the radar feature was punishable. Shows what I know, right? Wonderful to know. I'll look into Wynntils, if it is a more rule-abiding method of adding some functionality to the game. After a while, the coords stopped showing above my health and things and I had found it realllly obnoxious having all my cpu usage and everything blocking my screen just to have the coords up there to know where I was going. Thanks for letting me know! I still am hoping mods like mo'bends gets updated, I think that'd make the world of Wynncraft feel all the more alive with creeping zombies and spiders with articulating legs. Exciting stuff!

Class differences, one of my favorite subjects. Archer and especially Mage are relatively hard to play in the earlygame, since Archer has no AoE until level 21 and Mage's basic attack tends to be the weakest of the four classes (Archer's is generally the strongest, since it's the only single-target basic attack). Both rapidly catch up once they get Bomb Arrow and Meteor respectively.

I already accounted for that in saying they could exactly control the emeralds from chests. x emeralds for every 30 sec or minute unopened would be balanced because x could be any value. There could even be an emerald multiplier for tier of chest: # of emeralds = time*emerald_rate*tier
