I Was Told I Received 20 Crates

    When I purchased Hero I got a notification in-game and under it, it said I go 20 crates. (which was not advertised)

    I would wait a Bit, When I first got Vip+ it took a few minutes to receive them, Check on that in a few minutes.

    When you buy a big purchase (such as vip+ or hero) for the first time, you get a free reward of your choice. It seems you chose the 20 crates (if you didn't, it's a bug)
    Usually you have to wait a while. Check on it after about an hour. If it doesn't come withing 24 hours, message the support.
