Boss Alter Bug? (not Quite Sure)

    Whats up with Boss Alters? I'm trying to do The Passage Quest and it requires an Antic Bead. To get this Antic Bead I'm suppose to be able to do the Tribal Sanctuary Boss Alter, but every time I go to the boss alter the hopper I'm suppose to throw my sacrifice (12 zombie eyes) into is covered by a enchantment table? Any fix or are boss alters under maintenance or something?

    It's a recent mechanic change, with 1.18. A lot of hoppers, including dungeon token collectors and boss altars, got changed over to using clickable invisible slimes as triggers.
