    Any idea where the hell I find this guy, I've searched all over areas in the same level range, and I haven't seen a single one.

    Yeah, they're annoying to find. Maro Peaks, Dark Forest, Dernel Jungle are your best bets.

    I recommend just buying keys from people. Most are willing to sell for ~4 EB/key and for some reason they have tons and we don't.
